Natural Disasters - know your legal rights
Australia experiences a range of natural disasters including
bushfires, floods, severe storms, and cyclones. In recent times,
the detrimental affects of flooding have been experienced in many
parts of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. In February
2011, north Queensland was also hit with the category 5 Cyclone
Yasi.
These natural disasters have impacted many Australians. We have

Maurice Blackburn has also announced that it is investigating a
potential class action against the operators of the Wivinhoe Dam
