  • Representation of a Cricket Australia employee sacked after a series of tweets about reproductive rights
  • Sexual harassment cases involving large settlements against major companies and public sector bodies.
  • Reinstatement and overturning the suspension of a senior Victorian public sector employee.  See Quinn v Overland (Federal Court)
  • Reinstatement and a large compensation payment for an employee dismissed for circulating a “Downfall meme” at his workplace. See Scott Tracey v BP Refinery (Fair Work Commission)
  • Reinstatement of a dismissed employee by Federal Court injunction
  • Reinstatement and a large compensation payment for a senior bank IT professional who was dismissed for flawed misconduct allegations (Fair Work Commission)
  • Recovering significant underpayments for Victorian special operations group police officers Chief Commissioner of Police v Kerley (Federal Court of Australia)
